Origin of Heart Line

Dear Members,
I want to know your views and experiences regarding the origin of heart line!
What do you consider the origin as? " the ulnar side or the radial side ( i.e from near the area below little finger Or " the area near the middle/ index finger)
Because it would affect the calculation of events.
As far as i have read both approaches have been described in the literature.
But you must have found inaccuracies by one of these methods during palm reading.
I would appreciate if you share your views as well as observations based on experiences.
