On the Mount of Saturn it is the one unfavourable sign of this particular mark, and on this Mount it gives distinction, but one to be dreaded. Such a person will be the plaything of destiny, a man cast for some terrible part in the tragedy of life. Such a man's life will end in some terrible disaster, but one which will cause his name to be on everyone's lips. A king perhaps, but one crowned by doom.
What is the meaning of last line and have we got examples of historic figures with such sign?

Star on Saturn mount is not really a bad sign anymore according to the modern palmistry theory. Your interpretation is from the traditional palmistry theory.
It can be a success after many years of struggle.
It can be a sign of sudden accidental fortune arriving at you.

Hi
I think both modern and traditional palmistry agree that no single sign should be considered significant by itself unless there are other features suggesting the same.
As for these signs; we often try to imagine them rather they standing out for themselves. Particularly when an event has passed and we try to justify it through palmistry which may not be possible a number of times.
