This is something that's not practiced in most parts of the world, it's a method to change the lines on people's palms thus changing what they are destined to go through.
This is a video from Russia that characterizes what Palmist Larisa Nahodkin from Israel does.
The title is a reference to a client of her's who reported that she cured him of HIV. (yes I'm serious)

Regarding the title of this topic:

I would like to inform you about the position of the World Health Organisation (WHO) about a 'cure' for HIV (Aids):

"Is there a cure for HIV?

No, there is no cure for HIV. But with good and continued adherence to antiretroviral treatment, the progression of HIV in the body can be slowed to a near halt. Increasingly, people living with HIV can remain well and productive for extended periods of time, even in low-income countries."

PS. There is only one man - better known as 'the Berlin patient' who has been cured from HIV permanently; and earlier this year there have been cautious reports made about the possible cure of 2 more patients (who had a likewise treatment): http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/48338421/ns/health-mens_health/t/two-more-men-hiv-now-virus-free-cure/ - however time will tell if those 2 new patient will continue to be known as 2 more people who were cured from the HIV virus.
