I am already working, but the problem is, that dad had a downfall, and we got from being millionaires to a lower middle class, its almost, that, things are so down, that i am struggling to gather meal by the end of the month. I'm sorry for your change in fortune. To really be able to give you insights it would help to have both hands to compare.

One thing is noticible in this hand is that as time goes by your life line strengthens and there is a line rising toward the ring finger. I think life's unfortunate turn of events actually push you to develop aspects of yourself that you otherwise wouldn't have the need or motivation to do.

Obviously the skills exist to bring about wealth in your family, in your genes and you have good markings. So perhaps it would be good for you during this time to think about what you're good at and what you enjoy doing the most and set about working towards goals in that direction.
