OCD, tourettisms, depression and binge eating disorder palm

OK...let me introduce myself...and my palm...My name is Sonya, I am 33 years old, I have OCD with tourettisms since I was seven (but wasn't diagnosed till I was nineteen) and have also gone through periods of depression, binge eating and a few panic attacks. There is no history of OCD or tic disordes in my family, but there is a male cousin with psychotic disorder plus some features of OCPD that I see in my mother and what looks like adult attention deficit in my dad. My question is, how come I see almost none of the seven OCD features on my hand, but see other ones (eg, Sydney line on right palm) associated with autism? Anyway, this is my right palm - if you need a photo of the left one, too (which, by the way, looks quite different), please say so. Thanks in advance!
